Samsung Galaxy Alpha To Launch in South Korea And Poland

Last month, Samsung unveiled the metal-clad Galaxy Alpha, switching away from the traditional design of the Korean OEM. The company announced the device will hit retail in several markets across the globe in September.
Recently, the company announced Samsung Galaxy Alpha is available in South Korea for 748,000 Korean WON. Additionally, the handset is also set to launch in Poland from September 26th as a bundled promotion.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha will launch in Korea in several in several color options, including black, white, gold, and silver, with support for the country’s LTE-A networks. The handset will also land in Poland from September 26th, and will hit retail bundled with the Gear 2 Neo for 2,699 PLN.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, with an octa-core processor clocked which is made up of a quad core processor clocked at 1.8GHz and a quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. There’s 2GB of RAM, 12MP camera for photos and videos, 2.1MP front-facing camera, 32GB storage, 1,860 mAh battery and Android 4.4.4 KitKat as its operating system.
The handset is expected to hit more countries, and we’re hoping to find out more about its availability tomorrow at the company’s event.
