Microsoft’s latest game console, the Xbox One is now available in China, the device has launched today, after a short delay, and is this is the first major release of a console in China since Chinese authorities lifted a 13 year ban on consoles.
Microsoft have launched their Xbox One console on a total of 37 cities in China, the console launches with 10 ‘government approved’ games which include Forza Motorsport 5 and Dance Central: Spotlight.
There are apparently a number of other games fro China in the works, and Microsoft is apparently working with around 25 developers on 70 new games for the Xbox One that will launch in China.
The Xbox One is expected to become a popular console in China, and it may help Microsoft catch up with Sony, as they have yet to launch their new PlayStation 4 console in China.
